This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases, subscriptions, and transactions related to TDS Desk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") Services. By making a purchase or subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
During the pre-launch and waitlist phase, no payments are collected. Joining the waitlist is entirely free and does not create any payment obligation. No refund considerations apply during this period.
Upon commercial launch, TDS Desk will offer subscription-based access to the Software. The following refund terms will apply:
2.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced, except as explicitly stated in Section 3 below.
2.2 Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual). No partial refunds or pro-rata credits will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
2.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period expires, after which no further charges will be made.
3.1 Seven (7) Day Refund Window: For first-time subscribers only, TDS Desk offers a limited refund window of seven (7) calendar days from the date of initial subscription purchase ("Refund Window"). To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted in writing to billing@tdsdesk.in within the Refund Window.
3.2 Conditions for Refund: Refunds under the Refund Window are subject to the following conditions:
3.3 Refund Amount: If approved, the refund will be for the subscription fee paid, minus: (a) any applicable payment processing fees; (b) any applicable taxes already remitted to the government; (c) a 10% administrative processing fee.
3.4 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, TDS Desk reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend your account; (b) permanently terminate your account; (c) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred. We strongly encourage you to contact us at billing@tdsdesk.in before initiating any payment dispute.
If TDS Desk offers a free trial period, no payment is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. No refunds will be issued for conversion from free trial to paid subscription if you fail to cancel within the trial period.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the modification date. For existing subscriptions, the terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply for that billing period.
TDS Desk does not guarantee that the Software will meet your specific requirements or expectations. We strongly recommend evaluating the Software during any available trial or demo period before purchasing a subscription. Your purchase of a subscription constitutes your acceptance that the Software meets your requirements at the time of purchase.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, subject to the arbitration clause in our Terms of Use.
